Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania has executed a five-year lease renewal to remain the largest tenant at 525 William Penn Place. The renewal, which commences in the fourth quarter 2012, includes occupancy of approximately 147,500 square feet of office and storage space in the building, located in Pittsburgh’s central business district. Robert Geiger, a principal with Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Inc., represented the landlord, BNY Mellon, in the transaction. CBRE Boston represented the tenant.
