PITTSBURGH – Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Kim Batchelor, John Jackson and Sam McGill to the role and title of senior vice president.

Ms. Batchelor joined the commercial real estate services firm in 2011 as a brokerage and leasing manager responsible for representing both landlords and tenants. A repeat recipient of the CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award, Ms. Batchelor now oversees a portfolio of office and flex properties totaling nearly 1.5 million square feet. Her current clients include: McKnight Realty Partners, JDI Realty, Market Street Real Estate Partners and Verizon of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jackson joined the brokerage and leasing team as a vice president in 2012 and concentrates his efforts in the leasing of urban retail agency assignments. He also performs a variety of tenant advisory and portfolio evaluations including analysis, marketing, leasing, and purchasing of commercial properties. Mr. Jackson also has successfully re-positioned mixed-use developments within the urban core. Among his clients are CORE Realty, GMH Capital Partners and Big Plan Group.

Mr. McGill joined Cushman & Wakefield Grant Street Associates as a brokerage and leasing manager with primary responsibilities for corporate occupier and tenant advisory services. Mr. McGill’s focus is both local and global in scope and encompasses all facets of corporate real estate, including tenant representation, financial analysis, business incentives, built-to-suit, corporate dispositions, corporate advisory and developing real estate strategy. He has completed over 1.5 million square feet of transactions in the past three years.

Additionally, the firm welcomes Scott Parry as a vice president of brokerage and leasing. Scott brings more than six years of brokerage experience to the team, working with numerous Fortune 500 clients, including FedEx Ground and Wesco. Scott helped to facilitate the development of over 3.0 million square feet of industrial warehouse space in 28 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces, as well as, successfully negotiated transactions in excess of $100 million while achieving a cost savings of over $15 million for his clients.

Prior to Joining Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Scott was a tenant representative for Fischer & Company, specializing in site selection, build-to-suit, and sale-leaseback transactions.
