assetIncASSET, Inc. had outgrown its distribution facility on Corliss Street and they were in need of more modern and expanded office space. Accessibility and area amenities were critical in the search.


Grant Street Associates was retained by ASSET, Inc. and after ASSET’s square footage and site requirements were determined GSA conducted a thorough search of targeted area to identify suitable facilities.


Within three months of initiating the assignment GSA negotiated a favorable lease for approximately 45,000 SF in River Park Commons which accommodates Asset’s existing and protected future requirements.
