Neopost was at the end of their current lease in 300 Oxford Drive, Monroeville, PA and they needed to evaluate their space options. Grant Street Associates was able to identify several available spaces in the East Pittsburgh Suburbs and provide a detailed cost and building analysis for each property. It was important for the sales organization to remain in their current geographic area and meet the following criteria:

  • Adequate showroom space
  • Ample, free parking
  • Easy access to major roadways


After consideration of other Monroeville Area properties, Neopost decided to renew their lease for 4,775 SF at 300 Oxford Drive. The five year lease renewal included minor updates to the space like new carpeting and wall paint.
