Dick Cassetti

Role and Responsibilities

Mr. Cassetti joined Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates in 2015 with primary responsibilities as a tenant representation broker.  He has been a commercial real estate professional in the Pittsburgh area for 39 years. Dick works on behalf of his clients, large and small, to find them the best possible office suite to fit their business strategy.

Work Experience

Prior to joining Grant Street Associates, Dick was a Senior Vice President for DTZ and Founder of Alliance Real Estate Associates, a firm dedicated to exclusively representing tenants in real estate transactions.  Among some of Dick’s achievements with Alliance, he cultivated Michael Baker Corporation into an exclusive national account by establishing real estate needs assessment programs, organizing the real estate portfolio and lowering real estate operating expenses.  Additionally, Dick has represented the following firms in the relocation of their international or national HQ in the last few years: Carmeuse North America, Electrolux, Paul C. Rizzo Associates, PLS Logistical Services.

Dick was also a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company where he was selected to open and run the Pittsburgh office.  Dick grew the office from a one man operation to a ten person operation by expanding development, property management and brokerage divisions.  During Dick’s tenure at Trammell, he closed numerous deals including the American HQ for Danieli Steel; a regional HQ for Verizon; and represented Thorp Reed & Armstrong in the relocation of its lead office.  Dick was inducted into Trammel Crow’s Circle of Excellence for tenant representation; its highest honors for brokers.
